Squeek in front end

I got a 1994 Vic with 141,000 on it and when I turn I hear a VERY annoying squeek. If I dont drive it for a while it and then I do, the noise is gone for a day or two but then it comes back. It sounds like a creaking door! What should I do. Because my car has air suspension and not a whole ton of room to see if there are any grease zerts, I really have not messed with it except for drenching parts with LPS. Please Help if you can.:confused:

My 95 does the same thing when I turn the steering wheel, and I can't figure out how to get rid of the noise. I fear it would involve taking the steering wheel off.
Are the brake pads making noise?
Or maybe it's in the control arm bushings or the like.

More than likely it is ball joints or tie rod ends.

The brake pads are not making any noise, and i dont think taht i have to take the steering wheel off but its a possibility that the steering components need replacing
