No heater fan motor unless in high speed only, looked at the springs in the heater/ac box under the hood, looks ok, Checked the fuse 20amp ok. Is there a module or a relay that controls the other fan speeds, and if so where are they located, I do not a owners manual with this vehicle. thanks

Usually the resistor block with lower speed problems.
Is the blower switch switching it?

hi- As For Your Fan Problem, I Would Say To Check Out The Heater Resistance. This Is Almost Always The Problem. As For An Owners Manual,you Might Want To Check Out Item # 230208419549 On Ebay. Hope This Helps. Russell.
