2004 dodge stratus 2.4 DOHC 150,000 miles

we had slightly cold weather ..below freezing but not below 0 degrees ...anyways ..my wife started my car ...it was sputtering but was running ...after about 1 minute or 2 the car stalled and when i crank it over there seems to be no gas getting thru to the engine ... so im now at a cross road...

1.i have half tank of gas ,so draining tank and dropping tank and replacing filter is gonna be tough but yes doable ...

2.about 2 weeks ago when i started car it sputtered than i had code 0304 which means misfire in #4 but the sputtering stopped and i reset code and it hasnt come back so i didnt worry ..

so that now leads me to this ...if i had a bad fuel injector (s) would my car atleast start and sputter or would it not start at all ...and if its in fact the filter ..couldnt i spray starter fluid in throttlebody and the car would in a sense start but than die from no fuel? i havent done this as i wanna ask before doing something harmful ...

how could i test and see if the injectors are bad?and when i turn car over i hear the pump going for about 2 seconds so the pump i assume is working as its pressurizing the system...

so whats next step?

ok i decided to try something else since now im sure its not the fuel giving me issues ...
i personally wasted $100 thinking since i had 150,000 miles and did tune up already and the only thing i didnt change was the ignition coil that the spark plug wires plug into ...so i spent the $100 thinking that might be the problem (not knowing they had a spark tester for this particular attempt)..well still wont start so i ended up finding the spark tester as well as bought a test light which i was told would also work put both on the coil and turned car over and no spark ...so what sends the current to the coil which in turn gives plugs spark?

the car cranks but will not even attempt to start up ...is there a relay ...i dont have an owners manual so looking at the relays just has them numbered and than i have to refer to owners manual ...which i dont ahve lol

pull some codes out of it. did you put a fuel pressure guage on it? maybe a crank sensor pull codes out of it before you waste any more money
