Is there anything that could cause this besides air pressure and or alignment?

If you had a spring broke it could cause pulling to one side or the other.
Most likly it is allignment, unless you've been out off roading. :D

Tire wear doesnt always matter , it migth not be that far out but enough to pull to one side.

The only way to tell is to properly measure the toe and camber, not something you can do at home unfortunatly.

I guess a brake draggin , malfunctioning calipers - could also cause pull.
If the front tires are two different sizes, or the obvious low tire pull.

Found a broken sway bar link on the LEFT side. Caused the car to pull right all the time. Fixed and driving straight again. 5 bucks.
