96 3.1 serp belt change

I changed the belt in my Grand Am last weekend-painful. at first I thought it would be not too bad-then i realized that the motor mount was in the way! i assumed i was missing some trick of the trade-so i called a buddy of mine-no way! i had to support the engine-take the three 12mm bolts out of the mount, then there is a bracket that goes to bottom of alt. from this mount-it has two 10mm nuts and one 10mm bolt-once all that is off then you can change the belt. not impressed by the time i got it changed (note: the three 12mm bolts can cross thread easy going back in!)
