Ball Joints Ford F150

I replaced my ball joints on my Ford F150. I have a question about the lower ball joint.

Is it a problem if I turned the new ball joint stud as I was Pressing it into place? It was a fairly big job for me and I don't really feel like doing it again.

I dont believe that it would make any difference since all of your alignment adjustments are made from the upper control arm so you should be allright. now some upper ball joints have an adjustment where you turn it and can set the alignment with but on yours it happens on the other side of the upper control arm.

This will not affect anything. Motor on.

Thanks for the replies. Truck seems to be straight as an arrow after the alignment. At least I know my wheel isn't going to fall off now.
