No power to heater blower 1990 E 250 4.9L

1990 E 250 There is no power to the blower motor. There is no power to the dash switch. I changed all of the fuses in the fuse panel under the dash.
The blower is brand new and works as I tested it before it was installed.
The heater worked fine when I parked the van 2 weeks ago.
What could have happened since it sat?
