99 Ga Blower Motor

I would appreciate some help on this ine. I have a 99 Gran Am. I lost the blower fan completely. I check the fan and it fine the resistor was junk so I replaced it. I now have a fan on all but HIGH (5) speed. Any ideas or help out there?

Would the fuse only effect the high speed?
