casting #s

I have a 79 f-250 4-wheel drive truck. I bought a 70 model police intercepter. I would like to know what these numbers mean. c9ve-a which are heads a put back the motor with lots of worke done to them. c9ve-b is the block.dove-a is the stock heads i took of the motor. Any information would be helpful. thanks
