Nothing that cant be repaired. I left it in the parking garage at work overnight. They got in the cab and tore it apart pretty good. They tried to pry the trunck open. Why I have no idea, becuause they could have just pushed the little button. Amatures!

They tried to steal the car with the leaning key that I left in the glove box. But that key is just for the dealer to use to make other keys. If you try to use it it disables the ignition. Thats when one of my co-workers came into the parking garage and scared them away. The pics aren't too dramtic but I will post them when I get my camera back from my wife. Still what kind of idiot tries to steal a bright yellow NSX. May as well try to steal a police car. A professional would go after a nondescript car that blends in like a Honda Accord or a black Mercedes. There are so few NSX's that the parts are too hard to sell. Plus the security system that comes with the NSX makes it more difficult to steal. So I always thought I was relatively safe. But I forgot to factor in the stupidiity of an amature.

NOooooooooooooo!

Oh tony, I feel for ya. That is not fun at all. Will insurance cover all the damage and how long do you think it's be at the shop? I suppose the only good thing to come out of this is that the car was still there, instead of two rubber marks.

I dont know how much it will cost yet. I suspect I will not make a claim. It just increases your premium.

Quite true, I suppose it'll come down to what the quote is. Does the car not have a security system BTW?

I dont have an additional security system beyond the one that comes with the car. It was the that system that disabled the ignition keeping the car from being stolen.

Tony, I advise you to not leave your Murci at work, or any of your cars for that matter.:) Did they ever catch anyone?

Thanks 4th. How do you like your s2000? Can you compare it to the NSX?

i've been in a few nsx's..
as far as a stock nsx.. the old school 3.0 270hp was it?
i think the s2k would give it a run for it's money for the 0-60
in fact i thought i read somewhere that the 0-6 was 0.1 seconds lower for the s2k.. of course the new nsx blows it away..
but the s2k is nimble as all hell.. i love it... most fun car i have ever driven.. but there are many cars i would like to drive to challenge that idea..
i've also had the pleasure of ridin in a raced out supercharged nsx..
pushin 450hp.. that was a sweet ride.. but a bit too much for me..
the s2k is great cause it's awesome for daily drivin but still kicks enough ass to have some fun with..
although i would take an nsx over the s2k any old day of the week..
but no matter what i will always go back to my original love
2001 pheonix yellow acura integra type r..
just the sweetest car i have ever had the pleasure to drive..
i have no idea why but it's just a thing with me.. we all have 1 car like that ..
but as far as the s2k vs nsx i would probably give the overall to the nsx.. but i think the s2k is more fun to drive.. although i have never owned an nsx so the driving it did was extremely limited.. but if you wish you give me more insight to the driving of one your welcome to drive it out here and let me take it for a spin..
otherwise the lambo would be fine.. lol
i've actually seen quite a few of them here in san diego..
orange, yellow, and a silver one..
anyway ... if you've got the xtra cash which you probably do .. the s2k is a fun ride for pretty cheap.. i'd get one if i were you..
