the war has started!!!!!ragt20 10-07-2001, 01:24 PM have u guys checked the news President George W. Bush on Sunday said the United States has begun retaliatory strikes in Afghanistan for terrorist attacks on September 11. "There can be no peace in a world of terror," he said in a televised speech to the nation. There were reports of explosions in Kabul and Kandahar Sunday night, as flashes of light were seen from a distance. gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 02:01 AM good :D primera man 10-08-2001, 05:21 AM GO KICK SOME ARSE !!!! DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 08:40 AM I'm just worried about the bastards that are still in here. I don't want to see something blow up in my neck of the woods. gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 01:04 PM Originally posted by DVSNCYNIKL I'm just worried about the bastards that are still in here. I don't want to see something blow up in my neck of the woods. yeah i bet there's HUGE security on everything right now though are we at a state of war? or is this a police action? like the Korean War was a police action, not a war. I think Vietnam was the same, that's why it's not called the Vietnamese (sp) war DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 01:06 PM No, this is a war, hence why the "Military" is involved. Plus it was declared an act of war by our great leader George "dubya" Bush. The national guard is invoked to act as police on the homefront. gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 02:09 PM Originally posted by DVSNCYNIKL No, this is a war, hence why the "Military" is involved. Um, the Korean and Vietnam, weren't considered wars, they were police actions.... are you saying that there was no military involved there? DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 02:14 PM Originally posted by gang$tarr Um, the Korean and Vietnam, weren't considered wars, they were police actions.... are you saying that there was no military involved there? I don't have the information in front of me about those wars. You asked if this was considered a war and I answered that question. Whatever those wars were called is not what I am referring to. gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 02:25 PM well you said that it's a war because the military is involved... but the military was involved in korea and vietnam too.... and like 100,000+ people died in those they should have been wars DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 02:31 PM Originally posted by gang$tarr well you said that it's a war because the military is involved... but the military was involved in korea and vietnam too.... and like 100,000+ people died in those they should have been wars Please click on the link in my sig that reads "Internet Etiquette 101".:bloated: gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 02:37 PM Originally posted by DVSNCYNIKL Please click on the link in my sig that reads "Internet Etiquette 101".:bloated: what about it? i didn't do anything wrong i'm just sayin that korea and vietnam weren't considered wars and they were alot bigger than this (so far) so this could just be considered an action not a war DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 02:40 PM Originally posted by gang$tarr what about it? i didn't do anything wrong i'm just sayin that korea and vietnam weren't considered wars and they were alot bigger than this (so far) so this could just be considered an action not a war Show me what you are looking at or reading where it specifically says they weren't wars! gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 02:50 PM i'm not reading anything, i just remember from history last year... getting taught this and watching a video of people that were in Korea and they weren't getting the recognition of veterans because it wasn't considered a war, even though if it was considered a war it would have been one of the biggest of the century... probably 3rd after WW1 and WW2 DVSNCYNIKL 10-08-2001, 05:02 PM http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid27/p70a008d6e31e2c121d9deb7b07cffa6d/fe32f277.jpg :D :D Thanks to: kbslacker. Mrcoilover 10-08-2001, 05:17 PM Gang$tarr. Guess what. There are reports of Chinese soldiers in Afghanistan that are going to help the Taliban. Yes, Chinese. Thought they were on our side ya dig. This is bad news. gang$tarr 10-08-2001, 09:39 PM Originally posted by Mrcoilover Gang$tarr. Guess what. There are reports of Chinese soldiers in Afghanistan that are going to help the Taliban. That bastard prime minister of thiers said he's givin us full support! kill him! :rocket: primera man 10-09-2001, 03:24 AM Looks like things are going to get very intresting if thats true DVSNCYNIKL 10-09-2001, 08:32 AM I have read no such thing. CNN has pretty much everything on this war covered and have not revealed those facts. Even if they were Chinese, which they probably weren't, it would probably be more Indonesian the Chinese. Mrcoilover 10-09-2001, 10:54 AM One thing about CNN is that they show you what they want to. I heard it on a Christian radio station. And don't try to tell me that they are making it up. Well then again I can't tell you they aren't. Their is alot of stuff going on that the media won't let us know. China really does hate us. gang$tarr 10-09-2001, 02:34 PM Originally posted by Mrcoilover China really does hate us. we know that... but they gave us full support!! i don't really believe it either Mrcoilover 10-09-2001, 02:40 PM We wIll haVE tO sEE wHaT UnfolDs.
