I have a 90 mustang 5.0.
When I put it in gear it dies.
I ran codes and got a code 95,
Which in my book states,(fuel pump secondary circuit fault)
My problem only shows up when it is raining.
I don't get it ,What should I check first?
Please help.
Thanks for reviewing my problem.

not to sound stupid or anything but im assuming you have a auto tranny. atleast i hope you do. but in that case i would check your fuel. does it have a miss or is it making any odd sounds? give me more details and i may be able to help you narrow down your search.

if its particularly cold in your car a metal connection could be loose from the condencing.

It sounds like you are getting a short somewhere when it rains in the power wires going to the fuel pump. I would start the car, and start spraying the underneath of the car, and see if you can duplicate it.

Your discription was not very clear, though. When your in gear, and its raining. Is the problem when you are driving? Or just when its raining, and you go to start the car?

Seeing the original post was almost 2 years ago, I would assume he has figured out the problem by now.

You don't know that for sure, he could still be waiting for an answer.
Have you ever called a cable company for service? I'm still on hold for a call I placed back in 1988.

LMAO, you might want to call back and cancel. Unless you haven't gotten a bill yet?
