New IS 300 pkg.

Only thing different then a normal IS300 is new exterior paint color, wheels, interior trim, and tail pipe, minor cosmetic changes inside and out. The specs state the same engine specs. The new muffler doesn't add any horsepower. Same performance data.

IS this all true?
