How come no one posted a pic of the 2004 Grand Prix? I guess I will be the first to post a link to pics of this beautiful car. http://www.car-data.com/xpage.preview/pre.template.asp?mfg=pontiac&model=grandprix Why couldn't the new GTO look more like this and not the Aussie wannabe it is??? WakkaWu 01-16-2003, 09:12 PM Well, if Im remembering right, Holden is GM's division in Austraila. And if Im remebering right, GM owns Holden. I don't really like the new GTO. Its plain and looks too much like the current Grand Prix. They should have put the big, strong muscle car look to it. SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-18-2003, 08:36 PM Yes, I know. The new GTO is an embarassment to the GTO name. I own a '66 GTO and I hope to see a new one at a stoplight someday... WakkaWu 01-19-2003, 09:32 AM LOL,they should should have made it a mean lloking car like the old ones. With the hidden lights like the Judge. pontiactrac 01-20-2003, 09:02 PM I agree, they could have been more creative, but hearing about the specs. damn, this thing is gona have power, were talkin like corvette challenger. 350-375hp 375?torque Scott 02 01-20-2003, 09:51 PM Been waiting to see, ppl been asking if i have seen one. pontiactrac 01-21-2003, 01:58 PM Hey Scott, you better promise not sell your grand prix for it though. jus kiddin :D Scott 02 01-21-2003, 02:11 PM I don't care much for the new Grand Prix anyway. Oh are the new Grand Prix still FWD or are they now RWD? Scott 02 01-21-2003, 02:12 PM Im going to hang on to my grand prix for awile after thinking about it. Scott 02 01-21-2003, 02:29 PM GTO Picute at the Los Angeles Auto Show Scott 02 01-21-2003, 02:30 PM Looks good, Not sure if this was a rumor but i was told that Grand Prix will no longer be 2 door after this year. IS this true? SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-21-2003, 02:58 PM Scott, that is the worst GTO pic you can look at. It looks almost nothing like the actual car. I saw the new Grand Prix at the Philly Auto Show and took 1 pic. It will be on my website. Scott 02 01-21-2003, 03:20 PM UMMM, looks like the one you posted, mine just don't have a spoiler SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-21-2003, 08:40 PM No yours looks better. All the lines look smoother. That was just Pontiac folling you with a drawing to make you think the GTO was going to be nice... Scott 02 01-21-2003, 08:53 PM lol thanks, yours looked good too, i picked the picture i posted b/c i liked that angle it was in. SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-21-2003, 08:55 PM Yep. It's the nicest GTO pic you will ever find. BECAUSE IT IS A DRAWING. The new GTOs should look something more like that... Scott 02 01-21-2003, 08:56 PM What do you think the price on those cars will be around? pontiactrac 01-22-2003, 02:57 PM i would say around 35grand to 38, just a guess though, all that power does cost. Scott 02 01-22-2003, 02:59 PM Yeah i know, i don't think i will see many around. They will sell just like the new Ford Thunderbirds did the last 2 years. Thats my opinion though. pontiactrac 01-28-2003, 06:16 PM Yea the thunderbird is a good example, They will be a rare occurance on the road which works for the better. one of the things the drawing does is it makes the car look alot longer and more low-profile which gives a fast effect, but when i saw the picture, it had more of a high stance which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, i can't wait for this thing. SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-28-2003, 08:03 PM The drawings did dissappoint me greatly when I saw the real car. About the Thunderbird, I think ford really showed some potential with these cars. But I did only see about 2 or 3 on the roads. I think they are more of a chick car, seeing that more females like them that I've spoken to. In the new bond movie, they even made that car driven by Halle Berry rather then a male actor. Ford always finds a way to screw a good thing up. Scott 02 01-28-2003, 08:22 PM Thanks for posting that Supercar_man. Ford sure does seem to find ways to screw something up. Im not sure what it is, but they find these great ideas that people will like and turn out to be fit for someone else. Thats why i say the New Mustang with 300hp will not do well and will be bought by actors and some collectors. You will not be seeing many out on the streets just like the Thunderbird. The Stang will not be affordable for some people anyway. SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-28-2003, 08:24 PM I agree. Scott, I told you before in another thread how much I love your new little picture over there <<<. I can't find the thread it was to see your reply, so just thought I'd tell you again. So many people changed there's to a hot girl. I can't even get one to work. :p Scott 02 01-28-2003, 08:30 PM lol, thanks again....i forget too. I have posted so damn much in the last couple of days i forget sometimes. Im not sure what is with the hot chics all of a sudden. I always wanted this in my avatar, My friend showed my how to downsize it to make it work. :) enjoy pontiactrac 01-29-2003, 08:27 AM Any of you guys ever hear about the special models of Grand Prix's...
