My fan will not turn on anymore when car gets hot (86 Civic DX). Could it be the fan relay?? If so, where is it located??

The fan relay is on the bottom of the rad right under the fan.All you have to do to make the fan run all the time is to splice the two wires that go to the switch together and it will run constant.
