Well, this day has started out with what will definitely end with someone either getting shot or wounded. I wake up this morning to find my car with the driver side window pulled out of the track 1/2 way. The hood is open, battery disconnected, and my cd changer in the trunk is gone. Now, as far as tempers are mothafuckin concerned, I am beyond rational thinking. What makes all the matters worse is, the ones that did it live on the same block that I do. I did not see who, but this morning while filling out the police report, the "Alleged" perpertrators, came out of the house, we made eye contact and they turned away and never looked back at me. So now, I have to become the major asshole that I used to be, call up some of my friends from back in the days, get my piece, and start asking questions. To be honest, I'm not even upset at the fact that the cd changer is gone because it was fucked up anyway, but the damage to the car, well, part of it is fixed, but the windows is gonna cost me. They are intact, but the tracks and probably the motor in the driver side window is busted. All I'm sayin' is today, MOTHAFUCKAS IS GONNA REALIZE WHAT THE FUCK I AM ABOUT.:badass:

Well, it turns out the cowards were nowhere to be found. Yesterday as I arrived home and the girl got out the car, we were making our way to the our house. I go and say, "Damn, forgot something in the car, I'm going to get it." She immediately replied, "Hurry back, don't do something stupid!" I was like "Who me?"

Anyway, she went into the house and I went to my car. But, as fate would have it, I went to the assholes that I think did it and stood right smack in the middle of the front lawn looking into the house. Now what struck me as suspicious is, this house on a daily basis is bustling with activity. Not to mention that everyday, someone is chilling out in front of the house. Now all of a sudden it's ghost town city in there. No one in the house, no one in front of the house. Literally, not even at night!

So, as I stood there, time was passing by and still didn't move from in front. Apparently my girl noticed I was gone a long time to be getting something out of the car. She got her brother in law and two other guys that happen to be upstairs to go and get me. Payback is gonna be a mothafuckin bitch when I catch the bitches who did this. Now I look at every1 as a possible suspect.

Find the car they drive....payback time Doc !!!!

I had my old car vandled once (sure it was a shitty ride, but its the principal behind it), and it was the shittiest thing that ever happened to me cause I wasnt lucky enough to find out who did it. Yeah! My car is no crowning jewel either. But like you said, it's the whole thing of now me spending money I don't have to repair the damage. I'm going to bloody make them pay!!

Self-defense is only applicable when there is lethal force... typically a break in is not considered lethal force/threat unless weaponry is involved.

IF anyone saw American History X, then you remeber the beginiing part, when the 3 dudes were breaking into that nazi's car. Now, for those of you who dont know, there was one gut at the front door with a gun, the other fuy with a crowbar to break into the car and a driver of the getaway car. Well anyway, the Nazi guy took notice of this, broke out his .45, busted through the front door, shot the first guy dead, shot the second guy, and shot at the car while it was laying rubber trying to get away. Now, he kills the second guy in a greusome way, because the guy was black, but that's not the point. If it had just stopped there, 2 guys shot , in defense of his own property, he would have STILL served time. The criminals have more rights that the goddamn victims these days. I swear, if i ever get caught in a situation like that, where i have a dead criminals blood on my hands, but for a just cause, im hiring the best lawyer, going to the goddman supreme court, and getting some fucked up laws changed!

yeah that's why he was only in jail for a couple years though... no like he got 20 to life for killing those guys
and i'm pretty sure it was because he killed the one guy without having do in self defense... wasn't the one guy running away and he shot him?
plus he made the one guy put his teeth on the curb and then he kicked him the back of the head and killed him.... all that stuff wasn't neccesary i think that's the reason he was in there

well yeah, he cracked that guys head open, but that isnt my point. Even if they run away, i would shoot the bastards. We have to deal out harsh punishment, and prison just isnt harsh enough. A .45 slug in your back perhaps will tell you that the robbery business just isnt for you. The reason crime rate is so high is because the criminals arent afraid of getting caught! they arent afraid of getting shot! They haven't been seen yet. I don't even think he's there anymore. I asked the neighbors about 'em and they said that they haven't heard from them. They behind in the rent and all. So looks like someone will be living in the streets. Which should make it all that easier for me to kill them...err...I mean deal with them.:devil:
