Yes i am from the US and the car is a 2001 i guess i should of mentioned that.

Ok, ATP (http://www.vwturbo.com/)'s VR6 turbo kit would probably be the best kit to start with. If you want more power, you can get a larger k04 turbo, and a EIP chip.
Other options might be a Matrix Engineering (http://www.matrixengineering.cc) kit, or a EIP (http://www.eiptuning.com/) kit.

I don't know anyone with the Matrix Engineering (http://www.matrixengineering.cc) kit, but everything else they do is great, so I have no reason to beleave their VR6 turbo kit isn't.

EIP (http://www.eiptuning.com/) is known for their bad customer support, but great products. Unless you live close to their shop in Baltimore, I wouldn't recomend doing buisniss with them.
