do you loose coolent without a raidator leak?

If so it could be the heater hoses leading from the block to your firewall, or the hoses from the firewall to your heater. If the second one is the case you'd really notice with anti-freeze on your windshield *from it mixing with moisture and foging up your windshield* and a wet rug etc.

From the sounds of it though it could be the heater...but I dont know. Best thing to do is get a chiltons maunal and see what they say the cause is.

Good Luck :)

First you might want to check the temp of your heater hoses (inlet and outlet) If those are about the same temp, then it is possible that you might have a stuck and/or broken blend door or blend door actuator.

It is quite a task for the blend door and/or actuator if my memory serves me correctly.

Good Luck

if u just got the car and it was like that it is highly possible that the heater core was bypassed.
My step dad bypassed mine in my 95 4.6 tbird when it busted and fixed it before winter rolled around hope you get it fixed its a pain to ride without heat
