Anyone can explain me why the Murciélago have changed its looking ?JESUS28 12-25-2002, 03:38 AM It's a little difference, but here it is... why ??? JESUS28 12-25-2002, 05:39 AM and here it is how it was originally built Menu dei Motori 12-25-2002, 07:03 AM that is a good question i was just looking through my pics.. and you are right! i found both versions. tony? sizzilin? lambocars? can you help? 311mx 12-25-2002, 07:23 AM JESUS, was that pictures taken at the OC auto show? i think i was there!!! got more pics if you guys wanna see them.... Deakins 12-25-2002, 08:30 AM The top picture is probably the US-spec Murciélago. Just my $0.02 Terminator 3 12-25-2002, 08:55 AM  ,dont know , i think (my Murciélago pics Gallery) have exemple one and two(USA,Europe,Japan),dont know. Menu dei Motori 12-25-2002, 11:04 AM hmmm could be Deakins 12-28-2002, 01:36 PM Do you know anything about this Tony? lambocars? Menu dei Motori 12-29-2002, 10:38 AM nobody knows? 1115 12-30-2002, 06:48 PM maybe they changed that indicator cause it waz too small and not very visible.....so maybe they changed it for safty reasons.....must have figured that out just b4 production or something Menu dei Motori 12-31-2002, 05:25 AM hm maybe... SilverLotus340R 12-31-2002, 12:47 PM its because the top one is US spec and the other one is European spec you cant have the euro in the US because of emissions and crap...but the indicator is different because the US requires an indicator that is big enough to be seen clearly even during the day..and that Euro one is too small for the US its kind of like the US and Euro corvette the tail lights on the Euro corvette have red and amber but in US its just red and euro conversions are illegal in some states in the US Menu dei Motori 12-31-2002, 12:53 PM oh the us version looks much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks lotus! SilverLotus340R 12-31-2002, 01:10 PM no prob :D Menu dei Motori 01-01-2003, 08:10 AM i can´t imagine that the american indicators need to be bigger... here in germany they are so damn strict.. SilverLotus340R 01-01-2003, 10:23 AM oh the US is 100 times worse Tony_Ensemble 01-01-2003, 12:21 PM That's pretty strong language for such a little light. You must really love that euro indictor. SuPeRcAr_MaN 01-01-2003, 12:39 PM I agree with Lotus. The European one looks better. The small triangle blends perfectly with the rest of the car. The American one looks big and out of place. Menu dei Motori 01-01-2003, 01:50 PM i still must have been a bit drunk when i wrote that! the european looks really much better sizzilinS7 01-03-2003, 03:38 PM Yeah, those are two different versions (US&Euro) I dont really care eather. JESUS28 01-03-2003, 07:23 PM Thank you, yes you right, they are European and USA version. Personally I prefer European version, the lights are lower and they fit perfectly. I agree the opinion of Menu dei Motori, yes, European looks better and as Menu told, Germany is the most strict in driving norms... so don't understand why USA need bigger indicators. However, if anyone here wanna give me one USA Murciélago for free, sure I change my mind in 0,0001 seconds.! :jump: Sizzilin, please, post some pics from your car or if you have posted some of them, please, tell us where to find them. Thanks TexasF355F1 01-06-2003, 01:23 PM I tend to like the European reflectors better than the U.S. version, its smaller and more sutle. Yea the U.S. emissions crap sucks, the govt. gets a little too picky with their demands for cars. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
