I am having a problem with the CD player on my Jeep GC (1997). The player refuseds to accept any CD . Is anyone facing a similar problem ?. What could be the solution.

I had this problem earlier, and it corrected itself. Is there a mechanism I can easily fix to correct this problem. Or do I need to replace the player. Any idea on costs ?.

I just found this forum and am glad someone else brought this up...my 1996 grand ltd has the same problem...every once in awhile it works...but for the most part it doesn't work. The dealership said they can put a new one(rebuilt) for 300cdn.
