Okay, well its Christmas coming up and my boyfriend just traded in his Accord and got a 2000 Civic 4-door. So he's starting off brand new from scratch and I know he wants to get it dropped. He says for me not to spend a lot of money on adjustables, but I don't want to get crappy ones that'll make his car drive crappy. So what kind of springs are good... and reasonable ($150-250 range)?

For non-adjustability I'd go for Neuspeed Sports (1.8" drop). And combine that with Koni Yellows or Tokico Illuminas and that's a nice setup.

If he wants to go a little lower, I would go with Sprint. That's what i have, and I am pretty pleased. I would also get a ingalls camber kit for the front and some koni yellows. But i have exceeded the price range so you could buy either the camber kit or the springs.

Also the Eibach Pro kit is very good, and not too bouncy I hear either. it lowers about "1.5 rear and "1.8 in the front if I remember right, so not quite "2, but that's good because then the camber is less likely to bget messed up. :) Good luck with it and let us know which you decide to get.
