What is it called?

The piece that houses the thermostat? The small piece that mounts to the block and then to the top radiator hose? I just replaced my cap, but its still leaking from underneath the cap. So does anyone know the nake of it and where to get it, like and autoparts store.

Lol. I found that funny: The piece that houses the thermostat = thermostat housing. Sorry I'm just way too bored right now.
