Tring to track down a problem ! 03 4dr !

Hey ever one ! I just found out about the pontiac fourms !
I just bought a 97 grand prix and i bought a 03 grand am in 04 !
On my Grand AM i have this clicking noise that sounds just like the blinker flashing noise ! But it does it all the time ! I have no clue what it is or where its coming from ! It sounds like its behind the hazzard button on the dash ! I put my hand on the dash and i could feel some sort of vibartion i think ! It could be mental though ! LOL ! Just tring to track this down ! Its been doing this for about a year off and on ! it start last summer ! It did it a few times then went away ! A few months ago i did it all day then nothing ! But about 3 weeks its been going off like crazy ! I WANT TO KICK THE DASH IN ! :banghead:

Wow, you sure are happy! :)
The flasher is part of the hazzard switch in a lot of newer GM vehicles! Remove the switch and see if the noise goes away! If it does, and it's not getting an input from anything, replace it!

Yeah it might be the hazzard switch in the center dash, above the radio. Though in 03' the switch was updated and should NOT cause issues, just depends on exactly when you car was bought.
Though it is posible it could be your multi function switch-MFS.
If you do a search in the GA, or N body forum for "flashers" or "multi function switch" or "MFS" you find these are both known issue that 75% of all N-bodies have touble with.
