Hey, Im having some serious problems removing the starter in my cutlass surpeme. I replaced the alternator a couple of weeks ago with no problems. I removed all of the wires from the solenoid and that is about as far as I got. I can't seem to find where these 2 or 3 bolts are that hold the starter in place. Can someone tell me where to find these bolts or give me some better instructions on how to replace it?

There is only 2 bolts that hold the starter in place.

First of all, there is a BLACK COVER that is held on with 10mm bolts. I think there is 3 of the, but there might only be 2. Once you get that cover off, you can get to the 2 bolts from UNDER the car. The 2 bolts go straight up into the starter from the bottom. One is in front of the subframe, the other you can get to between the subframe and the engine.
