I have a problem on my 00 expedition, eddie bauer. Heated front seats seem to be not working. I've checked fuse, it's fine. When you turn it on LED on the switch lights up, but the seats do not get any warm. Neither seat. Any ideas? Thank you

I have the same issue with My 02 EB LTD. If I find the problem, I'll let you know what I find.
I believe there are at least three fuses for the heated seats, one for each seat under the hood and another on the fuse panel under the dash. They have Heated Seat Modules under each seat (or Heat/Cool Modules depending on the options). Don't mix these up with the power seat modules. There should be two heating elements in each seat, one for the bottom and one for the backrest. There is also another wire that measures the temperature and returns the signal to the module. Just from what I have read, it would seem that the heating elements themselves are all broken but I find it hard to believe that all of them in this and my 04 Freestar have the same broken components.
I don't imagins this is much help but if you find something before I do, please let me know!
