on my dash in the upper left corner there's a red light that gones on and off and it looks exactly like a battery...i looked in the owner's mannual to see what it is,and i was unable to find that.Any help would be greatly appericated..

Im not a pro, but when my battery light came on, it was on and off for 2 days, and day 3, while on the highway, my lights when off and all guages went dead and car stalled at offramp. I put in a new Alternator (130ish) and was up and running again.
