I'm pretty sure I've killed my shocks :uhoh:..
*my car is clunking if I don't stop completely before accelorating
*it is nosediving
*it is bouncy
It's still really peppy and goes like I want it to, but I was just curious- if I'm pretty much certain that it's my shocks that're done-in, what kinda $ am I looking at for just the shocks alone (not labour)?
Anyone have any experience?
Thanks,

Welcome to AF.

They are actualy struts on your Grand am, for the 93 models they are not to expensive.
You do want to replace them in pairs, like the two front or the two rear.
After they are replaced you will need an alignment , if you dont it can cause premature tire wear.

Not sure where all you can buy parts in Canada,
but here is a link to Napa online with some ballpark prices (http://www.napaonline.com/MasterPages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=430&CatId=7&SubCatId=10).
Looks like they are around $60 each for the front.
