looking for relays and fuses under hood 95 skylark

Im looking for the relays and the fuses under the hood. I checked the manual but it didnt say. Im having exterior lights problems. The lights behind the dash will not come on and the tail lights wont come on when I turn on the head lights, but the break lights come on. The guy at advance ap said its most likley the fuses or a relay under the hood. Ive already checked the fuses inside the car. Any help would be great. Thanks guys
