1994 chevy s10 blazer 4.3l cpi runnin like crap

if i let it sit an idle to warm up 10-15 minutes and then try to take off it runs really rough hesitates and doesnt wanna go . but if i just get in and take off with out letting it warm up its ok but the longer it runs the worse it gets. i have replaced plugs,plug wires,cap,rotator,distributor,cpi,tps, with no help. my engine light has never came on during any of this . anyone have any ideas where to turn next? :banghead:

What is the fuel pressure and does it hold? yes it holds at 60 i just had it put on a scanner it read the oxygen sensor was bad i just went and bought one replaced it and it didnt work either still runs the same

There are no DTC's that ever tell you to replace a part, it tells you what circuit has a problem. What was the DTC?

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)there was no trouble the o2 read in range from 70 to 8 or nine hundred . running rish to lean all the time more rich when idle and more lean at driving . trying to find a computer out of a junk yard to try and see if that is the prob .#16196395 . the o2 was the only thing that was not normal he said .
