I have recently encountered camber problems, resulting in excessive wear on the inside of the tire. According to the Chiltons manual, camber problems on a 83 4wd pickup, are fixed by replacing the bushings. After replacing the bushings, it still has camber problems. any ideas how to fix this ???

Which bushing did you replace, the brass ones inside the axle?

A bent axle housing could also lead to camber problems.

I replaced the leafspring bushings, and torsion bar bushings. I was unaware of the brass bushings.I will look into that. thank-you.

Worn leaf spring and t-bar bushings would affect handling, not camber.
The brass bushings are the only one's I can think of that could possibly have some effect on it.

Its most likely your trunion bearings, or loose steering arms. the steering arms are used to set the preload on the trunion bearings inside the knuckle.
