Heres one for the guru's.

The truck was sending codes for 3 bad O2 sensors. A friend told me to change out the fuel filter. It worked for about 2 days.
Problem now:
When vehicle starts, 3 things will happen when you step on the gas. 1. the ABS light on the dash comes on. 2. The "Service Engine" light flickers on and off and 3. The vehicle wants to stall. When the vehicle starts, it will idle, and if you just barely give it some gas it will go forward and will not code out. But that's giving it a very little amount of fuel. As said, if you step on the gas, get ready for the problems listed above.
I should note that on this vehicle the "Air Bag" light always came on and went off at no given time.

Thanks guys...........

Codes do not say 02 sensors are bad.
They only say check them out.
Start with poating back your code no.
What engine and mileage?
How is the tune up and fuel pressure?

What is "poating back your code no"?
150k miles
Plugs changed last year. Air, oil (oil change) and fuel filter changed a month ago.
Don't know about fuel pressure. Can check however.
What about the ABS light coming on and the service engine light flickering on?

Has the ignition switch harness module been replaced.

Search up in the "How-To" section on this, it's a major problem with '97s.
