91S10 Blazer truck won't accelerate in 4x4

Hi

I have a 91 Chev S10 Blazer , 4.3 L, 4x4 , automatic transmision , manual shifter, 270 000 km . I bought it last year . In 4h mode the truck doesn't accelerate past 85 km/h .
I checked the fluid in the transfer case and I found out it was overfilled . I drained the fluid to the normal level , but I didn't notice any change .
It shifts easily from 2H to 4H . The 4h light comes on as well as the front axle diagram .
I never tried to put it in 4 low . Can this be the problem ? It actually engages the 4Low mode?

Are you test driving on a dry payment?
Are your tires matched?

Do you have a tach? If in 4-Low it will be taching about 5K at 85 km/h.

Thank you for your answer

Yes I was testing it on dry pavement and it doesn't have a tach. The tires are matched . I'm positive that the engine isn't reving that much . It's just shifting from drive to overdrive at about 80 km/h , like usual and after that , no matter how much I push the pedal it doesn't go faster than 85 km/h. It feels like I push the break in the same time, or I pull a heavy load.Of course if I push the pedal to the floor it shifts in lower gear but , there's a lot of vibration and noise .

4W is not to be used on dry payment.
If it does ok IN 2W AND PULLS DOWN IN 4W that may be normal.
Does it do OK in 2W?

Oh yes .
It runs excellent . it goes 140-150 km/h with no problem except one small detail. If I drive 120 on the highway for long time (wich is extremly rare due to the trafic ) when I come to a stop, the oil pressure gauge goes down from 575kpa to 275kpa and up again very quickly .It doesn't light up the red warning light and if I put it in N or P the needle goes back to normal . It only happens in the summer time.
Anyway this is an other problem probably related to the old age of the engine . 270 000 km
It seems like there's nothing wrong with the transfercase.Tomorrow it's gone snow in here and maybe I'm gone use my 4x4 . Thanks a lot
