How do you replace the Distributor O-Ring after you have removed the distributor ?

The o-ring is rubber, it may be dried out and brittle if it has been in for while, you just pull it out of its groove and slip on a new one. Its about as easy as putting a rubber band on your wrist.

is it directly beside the seal ?
