d16 intake/throttlebody on d15 head?

I'm fairly new at this and I tried to search but didn't find an answer.

Can I put an intake manifold / throttle body from a d16z6 onto my d15b7 head? If so, are there any advantages?

should bolt up. dont know about any advantages though
