Last night, my back right blinker light blew out. The front right still works of course, it's just blinking really fast. How much will it cost to replace? Where can I buy a bulb? And is this something I can fix myself? Thanks

Yes.... it is one of the easiest things you can do yourself. There should be a way to access the bulb through the trunk of the car... remove the bulb and take it to a parts store with you. You will see a number on the base of the bulb. Match that number to the bulbs at the store, buy one, then simply plug it back in. Make sure you match the number... the wrong bulb can cause weird problems.
The bulbs will likely come in pairs and should cost just a few dollars.
