B250 Transmission Swap

Hey ya'll quick question. I have a 94 3.9L with a 3speed tranny, is there any tranny I can mate to this to get an OD? It would help fuel wise drastically and with fuel on the upswing again....... Hope I'm not kicking a dead cat....but any help would be nice.
