New Car!!!!!! GreyGoose006 11-06-2007, 12:26 PM
well i just bought an 85 Camaro IROC-Z today. $500 Red 350 TPI .040 over Hot cam 700-r4 Fiberglass hood, fiberglass rear bumper, fiberglass frontend. :runaround: (i'm pretty excited.) so far, i plan to put a T-56 in it and get the engine running correctly (its got a few electrical demons that are keeping it going slow) what else do y'all reccommend doing that would make a difference in the feel/appearance/performance/fun of the car? anyway, i was mostly just saying hi '97ventureowner 11-06-2007, 01:37 PM AWW, does that mean we won't be seeing you in the Caprice forums anymore??:crying: :sadwavey: wrightz28 11-06-2007, 01:58 PM AWW, does that mean we won't be seeing you in the Caprice forums anymore??:crying: :sadwavey: NO! He's ours now bastard :chair: :nutkick: Welcome to the club Goose, however I think you've been around long enough to know :useless: $500 huh?, nice find. goldz28 11-06-2007, 02:19 PM Pics are a must '97ventureowner 11-06-2007, 02:23 PM NO! You mean the irony that the car running the banana guy over is a camaro? GreyGoose006 11-06-2007, 09:58 PM well i thought about putting that smily in... and btw, i wont be leaving the caprice forum. those guys have a lot of useful information. anyway, glad to be here. so... what should i do now that i have a "real" car. (no offense venture) it needs a new trans and some engine work. i guess i better move this discussion to the performance section if i want real feedback. oh well too much work '97ventureowner 11-06-2007, 10:11 PM if you only see the irony in that... I did. That's why I posted it. You it went down like this: A bunch of guys from the Caprice forum carjacked a Camaro and proceeded to run down Grey Goose. They figure if he likes Camaros better then he ought to like getting run over by one. AAnd besides they didn't want to get their cars dirty, and bloody:lol:. GreyGoose006 11-07-2007, 12:25 AM hey hey hey... no need to get ugly yet. after all... i havent sold the caprice. figure ill hold on to it until the camaro can at least halve its 1/4 mile time. that, and i get a new tranny. wrightz28 11-07-2007, 10:02 AM I did. Hey Goose, one thing that always got me, in your sig pic, did you phtotshop out the door handles or are they truely shaved? Oh, and I knew it was a bunch of non Camaro owners in the car when I saw the fake mullets :disappoin: GreyGoose006 11-07-2007, 05:49 PM Hey Goose, one thing that always got me, in your sig pic, did you phtotshop out the door handles or are they truely shaved? well my sig pic is a representation of what i wanted the car to look like when i got it. i "photoshopped" (using gimp cause im cheap) the doorhandles, lowered it a few inches, cleaned up some ugly paint areas, and tinted the windows. pretty soon, i will have my camaro pics up. i think this deserves a :runaround::runaround::runaround::runaround: Related Links Enter the largest automotive community on the planet! |
