Heres one for you guys. So every day that it rains, and the day after, the radio only gets power when the car is not in drive or reverse. Also, the 4x4 will engage at random times while driving down the road. (definentely not good) Any ideas?

Thanks

What kinda ford are we workin on? Other than Expedition? There is a possibility the Transmission Range sensor is a culprit in your problem.

I would still look into the Transmission Range sensor. It is located on the side of the transmission where the linkage hooks up. The radio stopping in gear and working in park or drive is what leads me to believe this. It may also be called a Manual Lever Positioning Sensor. Reason for asking year and engine, is Ford will make minor changes from year to year. And year is really important on them. Thanks.
