It does not matter how or cold I could be driving along or just start the Jeep and it will act like a few plug wires are off, then it will clear up and be ok for some amount of time before doing it all over again, I had the fuel filter pressure measured and it looked normal, someone said to check the distributor cap but I have not found anyway to get to it as it is in the back of the engine located in a place that seems impossible to reach, anyone with any idea’s
Thanks in advance
Don

Well this could be caused by a few things.

Does the CHECK ENGINE light come on?

No the check engine light does not come on everything looks normal, today I drove it for an hour without any problems. During the hot summer the jeep was not driven for about a month, the fuel tank was almost empty any chance we got some water into the tank while sitting in the hot sun? I have been running the tank full with super gas for the past week or so
thanks again
