Vac Line Question

On the 96 Z-34 MC there's a 2" piece of 5/8" diameter hose that runs from the valve cover to another plastic fitting leading over to the the mass air (I think) and that tube connects via an 5/8" elbow hose. My daughters seems to be cracked and this may be causing the idle to flucuate or the car to stall. Would someone happen to have a diagram handy so I don't look goofy when I'm trying to find the parts.

if theres a crack in the vaccumm line then im sure thats the problem, are you talking about the t connector where the vaccum lines run together next to the EGR valve? (right side of the intake towards the top)
