do you mean a vg30???

yeah, it is very possible, however there is a lot of work involved in a vg30 swap. espeically if you want the vg30dett from the most recent 300zx.

check out http://www.datsuns.com/projects/fv-s/index.htm

there is a vg30 install there...

it is super hard to swap a VG30DETT, so much, that you need to change the front suspension to not have struts. But some people make kits to install the VG30DE.
Recently I heard about people installing the VQ30DE and VQ35DE (Maxima, 300ZX, and G35 engines) into 510s, and this would be really cool if it is posible, because they are one of the best sounding engines I have ever heard. Please tell me if you think that this is a feasible swap.

no, you can keep the struts and no one's done a VQ swap yet, starter interferes...
team thump makes a VG kit...
