I recently adjusted the throttle kick-down cable on my mom's '96(8/95) V-6
Camry w/great results so my niece who has the same car did her's too! Only
now, my niece's car has no O/D! Backed off the adjustment, still no O/D! Is
the O/D engaged by a solenoid? The car has 91k miles & my niece drains her
trans frequently (6 months) since she's used to helping me maintain my cars.
No check engine lights so far, she claims in thanks to the service tips on this
forum! But, I usually only work on cars I build & none have the original facto-
ry electronics & wiring so any help is greatly appreciated!!! "Z"

P.S. What trans does the car have? Is it a A541E? Thanks Again!!!
