According to the update ...

I spent many hours looking for good references on the car and every step in the assembly was a reference to my side ...

Let the glass ... Note that the masks are wrong and some adjustments are needed .. It used to Mask Tape Tamiya...

After made the mask, painted with black matte and then applied varnish.

Then I started painting parts of the Chassis following the references of the car

Really nice work so far.I like how you undercoated with the silver base before you applied the blue, good idea. The detail painting on the engine parts looks great. What paints did you use for the engine? They look incredibly smooth.Alclad maybe? Keep the updates coming.

For the Motor used the same extra Aluminum Thin Polyester, but the base was black synthetic brilliant, with a brightness that achieve stronger and better aspect.

Luca - great stuff so far, very clean and your spray work is excellent. The alclad colours look excellent too. I will add you to the tribute list - I take it is the 1999 Imprezza at the Tour de Corse Rally?

The Pre assembly is very important ...
Then before pasting all parts of the AWD Subaru System must verify that Fittings are correct not to have problems
with the alignment of the wheels at the end of the assembly ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3975.jpg

Panel of the car without the carbon fiber that will be applied ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3977.jpg

Here the banks on a comparison with and without carbon fiber ...
For protection and brightness used Future applied directly to the Spray Pen.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3979.jpg

The panel color correct ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3987.jpg

Hard assembled and suspension that is thread.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3990.jpg

Again ... We will mount a Pre assembly ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3991.jpg

And it seems that everything is correct ... We will see more forward as will be ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3994.jpg

The inside of the doors painted faithfully following the references of the car ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_3998.jpg

Cylinder of chemical powder ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4007.jpg

I confess that I do not know to what use this piece in the car .. I believe that any tank ...
But really do not know what is ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4010.jpg

Scope added embedded in the wheels and suspension system for testing of alignment ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4013.jpg

Car aligned ... Then I left for the release of other PE's ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4024.jpg

We then from the detail of the interior of the car ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4034.jpg

PE's of pedals and foot rest, and added the manta thermal protection of the floor.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4037.jpg

Part of the power of the system for telemetry of the car (black board)
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4039.jpg

PE's added on the cover of the thread of suspension
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4053.jpg

Test plug the STA ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4055.jpg

Carbon Fiber applied on the side of the STA ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4099.jpg

To do the wiring for power and data distribution of telemetry,
i used cables of Mr. Model (Brazilian Model) and a small bracelet in expiral (looks like a little Spring) that the cables will linguetta ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4105.jpg

Work done ... I spent the cable inside the blue for "spring" and the Pulled giving this final aspect ..
This process needs to be done, because the cables of telemetry have this expiral throughout your back ....
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4106.jpg

Cable added to telemetry system ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4110.jpg

Following the detail ... There are two parallel cables that are arrested for "rings" and go next to the driver ...
To do this, they used "springs" and cables of Mr. Model .. Just cut into small rings and unite the cables with him ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4111.jpg

With a toothpick is easier to do so ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4114.jpg

Cables ready ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4115.jpg

Appearance end inside the car ..
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4117.jpg

Detailing further the telemetry system ...
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c353/jfluca/IMG_4118.jpg

So... staff ... For today is just ... Then put more detailed pictures of the interior of the car ...

Embrace!
Luca.

Super work on this Sub Luca. The metal effects you achieve with the Alclad paints is amazing. I love the attention to detail on the wiring too.

Thanks,
Bill
