I just bought a 1992 Toyota Camry and the windshield wipes aren't working. I took it by Auto Zone this morning and checked the 20A fuse and it was fine. The guy at the store said it may be the fuse relay. Where is the fuse relay located on the car? Is this something that a woman with -0- auto experience could find and replace? If not, about how much does this cost? I've had a horrible 2 weeks. Please let me know. Bless.

According to the factory service manual for your car, found at the top of the forum, the only "wiper relay" apparrently is integrated with the wiper switch in the combination switch (on the turn sig lever): http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/camry94wiring.pdf

The 20amp fuse is in junction block 1 behind the dash at bottom left.
