sanding tires to remove raised lettering and seam lines

chrome parts needed black email before alclad, so i thinned humbrol black gloss email and started airbrushing. but something went wrong...
i`ve found that i took wrong thinner. color clogged so it will go down and again...
one is acethone and one is email thinner

LOL, exactly. Excellent start on this model. One thing that I noticed is that great blue background you are using. It makes for a great presentation of your wip.

Nuthin but red X's

pics shiuld be there, it was probably photo hosting downtime (its free hosting)
blue background is choosen due to the light (white) subject. when dark subject - white background
its matt foil that doesnt leave reflections and have no structure so it appears absolutely smooth

Nice livery you haven chosen. I like the start of this project and - of course your decal job. Do you plan a yn further detailing?

and wheel discs. i got this effect. i am not sure whether such looking wheels can be on this car? they should be metallic, like metallic airbrush not colored metal. what do you think?
