96 Olds 88, not getting fuel

I have a 96 Olds 88, It started 2 days ago(for about 5 min). I turned on the heat, rear defrost, and when I tried to use the power window it stalled(not starting back up). I tried ether and it starts fine, leading me to believe it is not getting fuel. I cannot hear the fuel pump run when I turn the key. Then I noticed the power windows are not working. Could this be some sort of electrical problem like a fuse or relay not getting power to the fuel pump? If it is the fuel pump, why did the power windows quit?:banghead:

Welcome to AF, this can be the common issue of a bad ground connection for these circuits under the l/s front carpet just inside the sill, there is a common buss ground junction that can corrode, open the harness covering to check.

Here's a link to an article with some pics showing the location of the ground bus. The fuel pump grounds on the driver's side. The ground bus is the connector that has all the black wires going to it. 99.9% chance this is the problem.

My 1988 Olds 88 is not getting fuel either. I can hear the fuel pump shutting down after I turn the key off. I can't hear it start up when I turn the key on though. Would you think the pump is working?
