I have a 2000 Regal GS Supercharged. When I step on the gas I get this high pitched whine or whistling noise. I do know the mass air sensor is bad and is being replaced shortly. The noise started a few days ago and seems to be when the supercharger is kicking in.

How many miles do you have? Some whine is normal when boost kicks in. When was the last time the supercharger oil was replaced?
