OK, mystery car. I saw it on Wednesday, and I have no idea what it was. Looked similar to an '80's wedge TVR roadster, but it was a fixed hardtop (did TVR sell hardtops in the US in the 80's?). Also looked sort of Fiero like, just different dimensions. It had vents in the middle of the hood (trunk? I mean the front....), and had either real or fake scoops on the sides right behind the doors. Any ideas?

I can't work off that. Did you go up and look at it?

No, I might go back later. It was parked in a guy's driveway, and I was in a hurry.

I just looked up the TVR Wedges and it wasn't one of those.

Up until a few motnhs ago I thought that TVR's were always streamlined, then I saw a 93 Griffith for sale, It looks 100% better now than then.

Could it be a Triumph TR7?

Well, it may have been older than a 93' but on the TVr website, I looked up some used cars and the old TVr's don't look very good. Mind you thier still better than most cars of that time.

But they usually say "TR7" all over them.

No, it was definately NOT a TR7, but very similar shape. I didn't see the back very well since it was backed in the driveway right up to the garage door, but it didn't have the wierd chopped back window of the TR7.
