Does anyone know what size the rear speakers are in a P11 (Primera) 5 door hatchback.

Also, will standard size speakers fit, or are adaptor plates needed ?

ive removed mine before, they are 100mm, 4" speakers. i didnt bother upgrading them cos you aint gonna get much from a 4" unless you spend stupid money, so i opted for 6x9's cut into the rear shelf, and stealth covered in cloth trim.

the US models come with a standard Bose stereo...what system comes with yours?

UK spec Primera comes with just single DIN Clarion Radio Cassette, and 4 speakers.

here in sweden, all primeras (both p10 and p11) I've come across have six speakers. DIN stereo on all also...

In the UK, the higher spec primeras like the GT have 6 speaker, 2 front, 2 rear, and 2 tweeters in the front A-pillars

hey is removing the front door speakers on the P11 the same as P10......by removing the door panel first......as I tried to see if i could remove the speaker cover, but it wouldn't move......didn't use too much force so haven't damaged it ..................

yep, you have to remove the whole door panel, but its dead easy. Just look around the panel, remove all screws, and GENTLY pull ther panel off. Beware of the clips, they can easily damage.
