I own a '99 Seville STS and I am noticing some vibration when I get above 70mph. Has anyone heard about seville's being notorious for vibration above 70. The car has 56K miles and has been pampered.

No such thing. Your problem is most like due to a tire(s) being out of balance. Rotate the tires front to back and see if it changes. If it does, start by getting the tires rebalanced.

The Sevilles do have problems with vibrations around 65-70. Usually a road force balance will cure the problem. A standard wheel balance may not fix it.
Rotating the tires can help as well, but if it doesn't, I'd do the road force balance.

I had the same problem with my 2000 Seville. Tire was out of balance and (according to the dealer) there was water in the tire.
